This wonderful, spacious, 4 Bedrooms, 2 full Baths, outside shower & lake view house is the perfect place to spend your vacation. Sleeps up to ONLY 8 ADULTS comfortably! The Main floor has 1 bedroom w/ a queen size bed, full bathroom, kitchen, living room and dining room. The Living room has wrap around sliding glass doors throughout with beautiful views of the lake as well as the stunning Montauk Sunsets. The Upstairs has 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom. Two of the upstairs bedrooms (king in one, queen in other) are joined together by the upstairs deck which faces the lake as well. The third bedroom has a king size bed. The ground level deck wraps the main part of the house and comes with a BBQ and outdoor seating. There is also an amazing outdoor shower! With all the sliding doors and windows there is a wonderful lake and ocean breeze. Pets are allowed but requires an additional security deposit per animal.

Summary: My family and I stayed in Montauk for a friends’ wedding. The house was perfect for us. It was clean and big enough for all 8 of us.

Summary: Can’t recommend this property enough! Had some family and friends come into town and we rented the house for them to stay in. Location is 10/10 - close to everything and on the best part of MTK - east lake. Views are amazing and the house has everything you need. The communication with the house manager was wonderful as well- if we had any questions they were super quick to respond. Would absolutely stay again.

Summary: Home was perfect for a group of 8! Clean, exactly as described. Property manager was very accommodating and easy to reach. Had everything a renter could want for a large group. With bad weather the area of porch that was covered was a big plus. Having porch on second level from bedrooms was also a pleasant surprise. Would love to stay again!

Summary: Great stay at this property. The place was very clean and there was plenty of room for our group of 7. Location was easy to get to anywhere we wanted by Uber. Would absolutely rent again!

Summary: We were a group of 7 adults, mostly couples Had a great stay. Bedrooms are big and comfortable. Nice kitchen and living room area to hang out in. Well equipped and good location. Just a couple minutes drive from town. Aisja was very friendly, accommodating and communicative. Would definitely recommend for a large group.

Summary: Great, communicative, and very accommodating owner. The house was very very clean, and well appointed. (Tons of kitchen dishes, utensils, nice appliances, coffee maker, washer/dryer, hairdryers, iron and ironing board, even bath towels were good quality) Living area was large and functioned well for our group of 7. We loved the two dining tables and big island that opened into the family room. I would rent this property again in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone considering it.
